As a Service Concierge, you will impact client experiences by maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting in operations, and projecting a welcoming attitude. Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions will be vital for success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and maintain the drive-thru cleanliness
• Drive and wash customer vehicles as needed
• Assist in dealership operations, including supply runs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot
• Conduct free alignment inspections and support vehicle quality
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of automotive experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
