This position supports the Project Manager by focusing on coordination, document management, and procurement oversight for water treatment, wastewater, and pumping station initiatives. Your proactive, organized approach will be pivotal in tracking approvals, updating schedules, and ensuring the project's success within budget and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support in project administration and coordination
• Coordinate essential document control processes
• Track procurement and equipment readiness timelines
• Update project schedules based on site feedback
• Assist in managing change documentation and records
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in project coordination within civil infrastructure
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment is desired
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Understanding of construction document cycles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
