Position: Junior Inspector for Highway Construction
Join as a Junior Inspector specializing in highway construction projects. Work within the Contract Administration team ensuring compliance and assisting in project documentation across Ontario.

This junior role is pivotal for overseeing contractor activities and ensuring compliance with MTO project standards. You'll work closely with the Contract Administrator and Senior Inspector, providing detailed site observations and accurately measuring project outputs for reliable payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractor's adherence to contract requirements

• Document work and prepare daily observations

• Assist in preparing various project reports

• Verify all contractor certifications and qualifications

• Support reviews of contractor submissions and schedules

Requirements:

• Graduated from a Civil Technician or Technologist Program

• Experience with grading, paving, and municipal projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Previous experience with AutoCAD would be beneficial

• Valid license and transportation required
