Position: Lead Site Superintendent Opportunity
Join Ansept Construction as a Lead Site Superintendent and oversee major projects throughout Western Canada. Ensure operational excellence through effective trade management, safety oversight, and quality assurance.

This pivotal role involves complete site ownership from mobilization to handover. You will coordinate trades, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety protocols, providing the Project Manager with clear visibility into daily operations. Proactiveness in addressing potential delays and documentation management will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations and ensure accountability for all activities

• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain comprehensive schedules

• Perform daily site checks to ensure quality and progress

• Enforce safety standards and compliance throughout the site

• Document daily logs including crew counts and activity reports

Requirements:

• 5 years of construction experience, 2 years as a Site Superintendent

• Proven skills in managing various trades and schedules

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and OH&S regulations

• Valid driver’s license needed
