Northfleet Group Inc. is seeking a health and safety expert to uphold high safety standards within concrete construction. Your responsibilities will include managing safety documentation, conducting inspections, and facilitating training for field teams. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders to foster a strong safety culture and compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and meetings
• Document and investigate incidents comprehensively
• Facilitate employee training programs effectively
• Ensure compliance among subcontractors and project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in a similar HSE role
• Construction industry background is essential
• Educational qualifications from an accredited institution
• Knowledge of the Ontario OHSA regulations
• Strong MS Office and computer skills
