President of Shoring & Foundations

Lead a growing contractor in the Greater Toronto Area as President, focusing on shoring and foundations. Drive business success and build high-performing teams in this strategic role.

We are seeking a dynamic President with entrepreneurial spirit to oversee a well-established contractor specializing in geotechnical construction and heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role encompasses overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial growth, aiming to elevate revenues from $30M to $50M+. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and hold full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies, expanding market share

• Ensure strong financial performance and shareholder value

• Build and nurture high-performing leadership teams

• Drive operational excellence for all projects

• Expand relationships with key industry stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15+ years in construction leadership roles

• Proven success in P&L management

• Strong knowledge of geotechnical construction

• Experience with unionized operations

• Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills
