In this role, you will support the Director of Facilities by managing end-to-end project delivery and working closely with contractors and stakeholders. Your expertise in facilities management will be crucial as you maintain documentation, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely project completion, alongside proactive tracking of project milestones and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning and execution for facility improvements
• Develop project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
• Oversee contractors and vendors for compliance and quality
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Support long-term facilities planning and maintenance initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in facilities or construction project management
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with contractors and trades
