As a Senior Project Manager II, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, with crew sizes ranging from small to large. Your expertise will guide the planning, execution, and completion phases while delivering exceptional service. You will also train and support Project Assistants and Project Manager I positions, making this role crucial for team development and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize projects under senior supervision

• Liaise with clients and architects during construction

• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage project budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years in project management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle

• Knowledge of safety protocols in construction
