In this crucial role, you will manage all components of housing units, including development plans, maintenance standards, and compliance with safety regulations. You will coordinate inspections and report on project progress while building partnerships with external and community organizations to secure funding and improve operations. Your experience in construction management will be pivotal in enhancing the housing program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage physical asset inventory and track lifecycle processes
• Coordinate site inspections ensuring compliance with standards
• Report on construction project progress and inspection results
• Establish and monitor comprehensive maintenance plans
• Develop and enforce asset management policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or DEC in relevant fields
• Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in housing or construction
• Knowledge of housing policy and community issues
• Strong project and budget management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Kanien’kéha or French is an asset
