Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare precise estimates for roofing and cladding projects
• Collaborate with sales and management teams for data collection
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications clearly
• Maintain accurate pricing and material costing databases
• Foster relationships with clients and contractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a construction-related estimation role
• Strong knowledge of commercial/residential roofing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and detail-oriented skills
• Experience with estimating software preferred
