Join us as a Grades Foreman in Ontario, where you can earn $45.00-$55.00 per hour. This full-time role involves leading earthworks and grading efforts on diverse construction projects.
In this hands-on leadership position, you will manage day-to-day construction activities and coordinate crews effectively. Ideal candidates should possess extensive knowledge of grading, footings, and cut-and-fill operations, along with expertise in GPS grading systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew of 4-8 on site
• Manage bulk earthmoving and detail excavation
• Document daily progress and safety adherence
• Coordinate with Superintendents for site management
• Execute grading tasks efficiently and safely
Requirements:
• Prior experience as Grades Foreman
• Deep understanding of earthworks processes
• Background in commercial or multi-family construction
• Competence in reading and interpreting drawings
• Strong safety commitment and communication skills
