  • Supportgrowthofthecustomerbaseandactasaliaisonbetweenall Vehicle Logistics Center (VLC) departments,includingsalesrepresentatives,consignmentdealersandother

    VLCdepartments.

  • Performkeyfunctionssuchassupporting

    OPENLANEinitiatives,organizingandresolvingcustomerconcernseffectively.

  • Performclericalandnumericalactivitiesincludingselecting,compiling,verifyingandprocessingdata.

  • Ensureancillaryservicessuchastransportandshopserviceshavebeenscheduledandcompleted.

  • Ensureallreservepricesanddeclarationsarepresentandaccurate.

    Utilizemarketconditionstoeffectivelyqualifyreservepricesandnegotiatesales.

  • Assessandtriageimmediatecustomerissuesenablingon-the-spotresolutionstoensureoptimalcustomerexperienceandmaximizesales

  • Assistintheresolutionof If Bidsinatimelyandeffectivemanner

  • Facilitatethesellerchequeprocessandensureallassignedaccountsareingoodstanding

  • Understanddealer-facingsystems(OPENLANE’smarketplace) andeffectivelyeducateandresolveissuesforinternalandexternalcustomers

  • Createschedules,coordinateandassigntaskssuchaslotturnandvehiclemoves.

  • Assistwithauctionlaneplacement,flaggingvehiclesandbookingphysicalauctionrunnumbers.

  • Collaboratewiththedealersalesteamtoensurepropermarketingofsaleinventorytomaximizevehicleexposure.

  • Collaboratewithdealerregistrationtoassistwithcustomersign-upandinformationchanges.

  • Supportservicesandprogramsoutsideofthecoreauctionworkflowasneededtomeetsiteobjectives.

  • Monitor

    VIPcustomersandtheirperformancetoensureadherencetobenchmarks.

  • Performauctiondaydutiessuchascustomerservice,auctionrepresentationandpost-salereporting.

  • Monitorallon-grounddealerinventoryandproviderecommendationsandinsightsonhowtomarketandsellinventory.

  • Performallrequiredtasksrelatedtoauctionrunlists.

  • Educatecustomersonthebestwaystoutilizeoursystemsandservices.

  • Utilize

    OPENLANE’sCRMtologcalls,runreports,andviewdashboards.

  • Monitorlocalcompetitionandrecommendcompetitivestrategiestosalesleadership.

  • Must Haves:

  • High Schooldiplomaorequivalentexperience/education

  • 1-2

    Years’ofrelatedexperienceinacustomerserviceoradministrativecapacity,ideallyintheautomotiveindustry

  • Tech-savvy,andcomfortableusing

    Google Suite

  • Effectivecustomerrelations,communication,enthusiastic,persuasiveandinterpersonalskills

  • Niceto Haves:

  • Priorexperienceworkinginautomotiveremarketingispreferred

  • Priorexperiencewithsalesandsalesmanagementtrackingdatabases,,withemphasison

  • accuratedocumentationispreferred.

  • Experiencewith

    AMS,VTrace,andotherOPENLANEsystems

  • Demonstratedabilitytolearn,retainandarticulateproductrelatedinformation

  • Bilingual(English/French) isanasset

    Compensation Range of
