You Will:
Drivesuperiorcustomerexperiencetoensuredealersatisfactionandbuildclientretention.
Supportgrowthofthecustomerbaseandactasaliaisonbetweenall Vehicle Logistics Center (VLC) departments,includingsalesrepresentatives,consignmentdealersandother
VLCdepartments.
Performkeyfunctionssuchassupporting
OPENLANEinitiatives,organizingandresolvingcustomerconcernseffectively.
Performclericalandnumericalactivitiesincludingselecting,compiling,verifyingandprocessingdata.
Ensureancillaryservicessuchastransportandshopserviceshavebeenscheduledandcompleted.
Ensureallreservepricesanddeclarationsarepresentandaccurate.
Utilizemarketconditionstoeffectivelyqualifyreservepricesandnegotiatesales.
Assessandtriageimmediatecustomerissuesenablingon-the-spotresolutionstoensureoptimalcustomerexperienceandmaximizesales
Assistintheresolutionof If Bidsinatimelyandeffectivemanner
Facilitatethesellerchequeprocessandensureallassignedaccountsareingoodstanding
Understanddealer-facingsystems(OPENLANE’smarketplace) andeffectivelyeducateandresolveissuesforinternalandexternalcustomers
Createschedules,coordinateandassigntaskssuchaslotturnandvehiclemoves.
Assistwithauctionlaneplacement,flaggingvehiclesandbookingphysicalauctionrunnumbers.
Collaboratewiththedealersalesteamtoensurepropermarketingofsaleinventorytomaximizevehicleexposure.
Collaboratewithdealerregistrationtoassistwithcustomersign-upandinformationchanges.
Supportservicesandprogramsoutsideofthecoreauctionworkflowasneededtomeetsiteobjectives.
Monitor
VIPcustomersandtheirperformancetoensureadherencetobenchmarks.
Performauctiondaydutiessuchascustomerservice,auctionrepresentationandpost-salereporting.
Monitorallon-grounddealerinventoryandproviderecommendationsandinsightsonhowtomarketandsellinventory.
Performallrequiredtasksrelatedtoauctionrunlists.
Educatecustomersonthebestwaystoutilizeoursystemsandservices.
Utilize
OPENLANE’sCRMtologcalls,runreports,andviewdashboards.
Monitorlocalcompetitionandrecommendcompetitivestrategiestosalesleadership.
Must Haves:
High Schooldiplomaorequivalentexperience/education
1-2
Years’ofrelatedexperienceinacustomerserviceoradministrativecapacity,ideallyintheautomotiveindustry
Tech-savvy,andcomfortableusing
Google Suite
Effectivecustomerrelations,communication,enthusiastic,persuasiveandinterpersonalskills
Niceto Haves:
Priorexperienceworkinginautomotiveremarketingispreferred
Priorexperiencewithsalesandsalesmanagementtrackingdatabases,,withemphasison
accuratedocumentationispreferred.
Experiencewith
AMS,VTrace,andotherOPENLANEsystems
Demonstratedabilitytolearn,retainandarticulateproductrelatedinformation
Bilingual(English/French) isanasset
