Attrell Hyundai is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You'll enhance brand loyalty by creating positive relationships while actively managing customer inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly with a friendly approach
• Answer incoming calls and document messages accurately
• Keep records of all customer interactions diligently
• Resolve customer concerns with genuine intent
• Maintain professionalism and a clean workspace
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or in progress
• Customer service experience preferred
• Previous reception experience in a dealership is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts
