This role requires fluency in French and English and a minimum of two years in customer service. You will efficiently manage product warranty questions, escalate issues as needed, and complete transactions in real-time across multiple software applications. Strong team collaboration and excellent computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to customer calls in both languages
• Handle inquiries about product warranties and service calls
• Complete transactions using various software applications
• Follow up on unresolved customer issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Keyboard skills of at least 30 words per minute
• Availability Monday to Friday and Saturdays
