Become a vital part of U-Haul's customer service team in Brampton, Ontario. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers using modern technology and hands-on tasks to ensure quality service every day.
In this role, you will engage with customers at the U-Haul center, employing U-Scan technology for managing rentals and providing education on services. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, handling rentals, and embracing ongoing training through U-Haul University to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals
• Hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers for rentals
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to participate in safety training
• Eagerness for continual education through U-Haul University
