This associate position leverages your strong communication and analytical skills to navigate a comprehensive supply chain network. You'll handle order entry, monitor updates, and proactively communicate changes while strengthening customer relationships that drive business success. Some travel across North America may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily customer inquiries via phone and email
• Navigate a network of 12 plants and 2 distribution centers
• Verify and enter orders accurately for timely dispatch
• Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong customer relationships through site visits
Requirements:
• Strong customer relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with order accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing supply chain roles preferred
• College degree in a relevant field preferred
