A leading manufacturer of premium packaging products is growing—and they’re looking for a  Customer Service Representative  who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for clients. Based in Brampton, this role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, staying organized, and working with a supportive, tight-knit team.
35-hr /week (Monday–Thursday: 9 AM–5 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
$40,000 annual salary with yearly salary reviews
Annual performance bonus after 1 year of employment
100% employer-paid medical and dental benefits after 3-month probation

2 weeks paid vacation (prorated in the first year)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
Enter and update customer orders in the system
Verify order details, dimensions, and specifications
Work with EDI systems for order management
Manage two email inboxes and incoming calls
Follow up with customers on order status and updates
File customer records and maintain organized documentation
Retrieve orders from remote systems
Calculate simple product dimensions using a set formula
Organize customer information alphabetically

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role (non-retail/fast food)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
Basic math skills
Team-oriented with the ability to stay focused and manage stress
