In the Customer Supply Chain Co-Op, you will work closely with various internal teams to handle customer inquiries and ensure accurate order management. The role requires strong analytics and communication skills, as you'll monitor shipping timelines and report on customer trends, contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Verify and manage customer orders accurately
• Track and update shipping information proactively
• Monitor trends in inquiries to improve service
• Collaborate with departments to resolve supply chain issues
Requirements:
• Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience with MS Office required, especially Excel
• Willingness to grow within the supply chain field
