Responsibilities: Greet patients as well as visitors with outstanding customer service
Arrive and process patients in an efficient manner
Manage incoming calls providing information on services offered, scheduled appointments, follow-ups and reminders
Maintain accurate patient records
Process insurance claims as required
Process payments through POS machine following cash handling and end of day procedures
Provide exceptional phone etiquette while providing outstanding customer support
Complete additional daily tasks while demonstrating the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
