Culligan offers a unique opportunity for a Customer Support Agent on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. This role allows you to assist customers efficiently with service calls and product promotions. You'll also manage billing tasks and collect payments while supporting sales initiatives through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers professionally and courteously
• Coordinate deliveries and schedule service installations
• Process contracts and manage customer accounts
• Promote and upsell products to existing and new clients
• Maintain cash register and manage payments
Requirements:
