In this on-site role, you'll directly support the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Customer Service team. You will engage with customers, process orders, and manage inquiries regarding pricing and delivery updates. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Process and verify customer orders accurately
• Respond promptly to inquiries about order status
• Expedite orders while resolving customer requests
• Assist with stocking programs alongside Operations
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Post-secondary education is an asset
