As the Regional Operations Support Manager, you will bring over 7 years of customer service experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Your responsibilities will include tracking performance metrics, improving processes, and fostering a customer-centric culture within your team. You will create quality checks and standard workflows that improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate accurate customer order entry and tracking
• Communicate and analyze order metrics for improvements
• Lead efficient operational projects to boost customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain service quality expectations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of customer care experience required
