The Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative plays a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment.

This position involves managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services.

The representative ensures high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations.

The candidate works independently and collaborates with a dynamic team.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to answer member and patient inquiries.
• Resolve issues and direct them to the appropriate queue.
• Provide detailed information about Teladoc Health services.
• Address client concerns professionally and efficiently, including crisis situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely call documentation.

• Earn $24 CAD per hour.
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with the option to work more.
• Flexible work schedule:
  Monday‑Friday 5:00 AM‑9:00 AM EST, Thursday and Friday 8:00 PM‑12:00 AM EST, Saturday and Sunday 5:00 AM‑10:30 AM EST.
