In this position, you'll be responsible for making all college guests feel welcome and addressing their needs. The role begins immediately and concludes on June 30, 2027. Applicants should have a minimum of Grade 12 education and relevant customer service experience. Skills in handling audio-visual equipment will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to student and faculty facility needs
• Ensure a welcoming environment in college buildings
• Support basic program operations and logistics
• Help manage audio-visual equipment as necessary
• Foster effective communication within the college community
Requirements:
• Minimum academic requirement of Grade 12
• At least one year in customer service roles
• Experience with audio-visual equipment is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively with diverse groups
