In this role, you will act as the frontline representative at Sunbelt Rentals, addressing customer needs related to various construction equipment. The Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for processing orders, providing support via phone and in-person, and maintaining robust customer relationships. Strong administrative skills will support your efforts to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quick responses to customer rental requests
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions
• Process orders and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
