This role involves acting as an engaged team member while building strong internal relationships. You will promote Meridian's values within the community by participating in events and programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide superior service and identify Member needs
• Ensure timely posting of transactions with accuracy
• Create action plans to resolve Member concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of Member information
• Engage in community events to promote Meridian
Requirements:
• Customer service experience with cash handling preferred
• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
