Bristol seeks an experienced customer service professional who has a clean driving record and a passion for helping others. You will guide customers through their rental experience, manage agreements, and promote our services effectively in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, professional service tailored to customer needs
• Drive sales by promoting rental options and advantages
• Assist customers through the entire rental process
• Inspect vehicles upon return and manage fleet organization
• Handle daily administrative and record-keeping tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum secondary school completion required
• Valid “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and sales-driven approach
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
