Your ability to connect data sources and generate experience reports will be crucial in driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sales to service transitions following checklists
• Conduct structured performance milestone reviews
• Monitor lease data and notify for upgrades
• Generate customer experience report cards
• Serve as contact for Sales Representatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
• Basic analytical and project management skills
• Ability to connect multiple data sources
• Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
