Key Responsibilities:
• Handle at least 12 customer support emails each hour
• Suggest systematic solutions for identified support issues
• Liaise with logistics to expedite shipment requests
• Document and report operational bugs to the tech team
Requirements:
• Genuine passion for customer support and teamwork
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
• Track record of supporting customer-centric initiatives
