Part Time Customer Service Representative

Location: Georgetown

Deliver exceptional service as a part time Customer Service Representative, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll handle transactions, assist customers, and maintain a welcoming bakery atmosphere.

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team. This role includes customer interactions, drink making, and cash handling. Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial, and training will be provided to help you shine in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a variety of cold and hot drinks

• Greet customers and take orders efficiently

• Process transactions and manage cash drawer

• Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area

• Assist in the kitchen with tasks like scooping cookies

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience required

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Positive and friendly demeanor is a must

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
