In this senior role, you will manage five Customer Service Representatives, guiding them to provide superior service in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives
• Oversee day-to-day operations and complex issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
• Analyze service metrics to identify improvement areas
• Manage order-to-cash processes through ERP systems
Requirements:
• 7+ years of customer service experience in pharmaceuticals
• 5+ years in people management roles
• Strong experience with ERP systems like SAP
• Proven leadership and compliance skills
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset
