Join Culligan as a Customer Service Representative, where your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service to our valued clients. Engage with customers and process service requests efficiently from Tuesday to Saturday.
In this role, you'll connect with clients, assist with delivery setups, and process new contracts. Your commitment to promoting services will strengthen our customer base. You'll also manage cash transactions meticulously and assist in collections, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional customer assistance on the phone and in person
• Set up deliveries and book service calls
• Process contracts and manage customer accounts
• Print work orders and handle cash transactions
• Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience is a must
• Outgoing attitude with a desire to assist
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities required
• Intermediate knowledge of computers essential
