Audi San Diego is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to enhance customer experiences through effective vehicle repair communication. This full-time role focuses on precision in service requests and customer rapport.
As a Service Advisor, you will engage directly with customers to identify their vehicle repair needs. Successful candidates will have dealership experience, facilitating smooth operations while embodying the Holman commitment to customer care.
Your role will entail providing accurate estimates and ensuring customers are informed throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and note service needs
• Create accurate service requests and provide estimates
• Inform customers on repair timelines and costs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty policies
• Manage appointment setting and customer follow-ups
Requirements:
• Experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment
