Join Face Reality Skincare as a Customer Support Specialist focused on Estheticians. This hybrid position is key to providing exceptional support and training.
This role involves assisting Acne Experts with onboarding and utilizing Face Reality’s Clear Skin Method. You'll need to engage actively with clients, resolve inquiries efficiently, and cultivate strong relationships within the community. Adaptability and a solid foundation in skincare are essential for this position's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new Acne Experts
• Serve as immediate support for client inquiries
• Engage through community channels to provide guidance
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless transitions
• Investigate and resolve product or protocol inquiries
Requirements:
• Valid Esthetician License required
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer support
• 1–2 years treating clients in a facial environment
• Strong problem-solving skills during phone interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
