Job Summary

Responsible for performing and completing daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure the club remains safe and clean, while providing friendly customer service and maintaining the Fit4

Less brand.

• Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Clean and tidy the workout floor according to cleaning and inspection guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer interaction while completing cleaning tasks.
• Contribute to an “everybody cleans” mindset.
• Complete and read daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks, communications and training to meet expectations.
• Inform and report deficiencies using standard guidelines to enable timely resolution.
• Provide customer service that follows Fit4
  
  Less guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Welcome members warmly with greetings and thanks.
• Help and educate members and guests about memberships, amenities, automation and processes.
• Promote black card memberships and amenities.
• Create a courteous and friendly workplace to meet Fit4
  
  Less brand expectations.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities within set timelines.
• Inform and work with the manager on customer service progress and escalation support.
• Address and report incidents of concern using standard process expectations.
• Sell and suggest memberships and assist with membership management.
• Assist with access and education on automated and virtual club options.

• High school diploma or currently pursuing completion.
• Minimum 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• WHMIS certification.
• First Aid, CPR‑A & AED certification.
• Demonstrates effort and dedication in activities.
• Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.
• Committed to meeting internal and external customer expectations.

Minimum wage with an expected annual total compensation of $19,000 based on scheduled hours per year.
