Morguard is looking for a dedicated Concierge to enhance our residents’ experience in the multifamily residential environment. This role involves greeting guests, offering them assistance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. As a leader in real estate for over 50 years, we support our employees through continuous learning and a diverse working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all visitors entering the community

• Share information about local features and activities

• Ensure top customer care in every resident interaction

• Log and track delivered items efficiently

• Patrol property to ensure safety and security

Requirements:

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or relevant experience

• Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Yardi

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Innovative mindset to improve service quality
