As a key member of our Claim Resolutions team, you will leverage your technical knowledge to analyze vehicle conditions and resolve customer issues. With a background of at least two years in automotive mechanics or related fields, you’ll be responsible for translating complex technical information into understandable terms for customers. Collaborating effectively, you will contribute to arbitration processes with sound judgments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and verify inspection reports for accuracy

• Address and resolve customer arbitration claims

• Communicate vehicle information and repair expectations

• Educate internal teams on industry practices

• Negotiate solutions for customer disputes

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of automotive industry experience

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems for customer management

• Positive approach to teamwork and follow-up

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
