Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and check them in as they arrive

• Manage calls from members and set up appointments

• Assist in member training on gym equipment

• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the facility

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers

Requirements:

• Must hold CPR-A & AED Certification

• Strong ability to relate and communicate effectively

• Excellent customer service skills needed

• Familiarity with fitness industry practices

• Previous experience in service roles a plus
