In this role, the Customer Support Specialist will manage every stage of the customer order lifecycle. Suitable candidates will have experience in order coordination and a strong customer service background. Key responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy and resolving any issues while developing a comprehensive understanding of BRC’s product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop open lines of communication with customers and dealers

• Input customer purchase orders accurately into the system

• Expedite order processing and delivery requests

• Provide solutions for order-related problems

• Assist with customer queries about warranties and samples

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or order management
