Sales Customer Service Representative

Support the Sales Team through excellent telephone and email communication while serving as clients’ consistent first point of contact.

This Customer Service Representative role manages customer information, orders, inquiries, and follow-up. You will communicate with clients and internal departments, including purchasing, shipping, sales, and production. The position also supports account development, forecasting, reporting, and order coordination.

• Enter new customer data and update existing corporate accounts
• Review and input customer orders into computer systems
• Answer inquiries, provide recommendations, quotes, and order assistance
• Coordinate client direction, deliverables, next steps, and pending issues
• Prepare CSR, order, and input or call reports

• Two to three years’ sales or tele-sales experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong pre-call planning, call control, and time management
• Problem identification and objection resolution abilities
• High integrity, work ethic, and listening skills
