Oxio Customer Care Specialist

Support oxio customers virtually in Ontario using strong communication, troubleshooting, and digital customer service skills. Help deliver excellent service through every interaction.

As an oxio Customer Care Specialist, you will support current and prospective customers while contributing to service, sales, and retention. The regular role focuses on customized solutions, customer satisfaction, subscriptions, and cancellations. You will connect with customers and internal teams through chat and other customer support activities.

• Provide day-to-day support to current and prospective oxio customers
• Answer chats and offer customized solutions to customer questions
• Promote products and services while processing customer orders
• Retain customers requesting cancellations or service downgrades
• Troubleshoot escalated inquiries and support process compliance

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• One to three years in sales and customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior chat or telephone sales experience required
• Windows navigation and accurate typing experience
