As a Dental Technician, you will assist military dental professionals in providing top-notch dental care. This role covers various tasks from clinical assistance to laboratory procedures, all while working in unique environments such as ships and mobile clinics. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in dental assisting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct clinical support and patient care
• Conduct preventive dentistry and health education
• Fabricate dental models and custom trays
• Execute procedures for dental emergencies promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
Requirements:
• Level II Dental Assisting Diploma required
• Minimum 900 hours of clinical experience
• Active registration with provincial dental authority
• Able to adapt to diverse working conditions
• Open to Regular or Reserve employment models
