Director of Product Design

Position: Director of Product Design at Beach House Group
Lead design innovation at Beach House Group as the Director of Design. This role focuses on travel and luggage product solutions while aligning creative vision with commercial objectives.

As Director of Design, you will drive the end-to-end design function, leveraging your expertise in cut-and-sew and soft goods production. You'll lead a talented team, guiding them through market-relevant product strategies by using trend analysis and consumer insights to inform design direction. Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising and Product Development, you will ensure product effectiveness and quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product or Industrial Design

• Proven experience in leading design teams

• Knowledge in materials and construction

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
