Position: Senior Design Authority for Projects
Make a lasting impact with Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects as a Senior Design Manager. Lead critical infrastructure projects and ensure they meet community needs sustainably and smartly.

This role positions you at the forefront of school upgrades and public infrastructure planning as the District’s design authority. Manage the comprehensive design process and oversee compliance with regulatory, budgetary, and environmental standards, while guiding project teams on architectural goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct design activities for educational facility upgrades

• Ensure project designs meet legal and environmental standards

• Manage design documentation and facilitate decision-making

• Coordinate outreach efforts to build community support

• Evaluate and oversee design changes to control budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering

• 15 years of full-time project management experience

• 5 years in K-12 facilities design

• Active Architect or Professional Engineer license in California
