Officer in Military Training and Education

Shape military training programs as a Training Development Officer. Provide insights on educational approaches while managing human performance research tailored for operational needs.

This role is key to developing effective training solutions within the CAF. You will oversee quality control, conduct analyses of job performance requirements, and address diverse organizational training needs. Positions are available in various settings including part-time Reserve roles and full-time placements post-training.

• Develop and manage military training programs

• Conduct research on human performance and training effectiveness

• Teach in varied educational environments

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred

• Three years of full-time training consultancy experience

• Applicable Bachelor’s degree may be considered

• Strong adaptability to various training environments

• Willingness to relocate for full-time assignments
