Lead HVAC training as a Field Technical Consultant. Deliver tailored courses and enhance technical understanding for customers and staff.
In this role, you will develop and provide comprehensive training programs for HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Your expertise will help troubleshoot technical inquiries and assist in crafting course materials that meet customer needs. With your advanced product knowledge, you will play a crucial role in shaping effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine customer-specific training needs
• Address and resolve technical inquiries promptly
• Help develop training content and resources
• Prepare detailed syllabi and lesson outlines
• Conduct varied training sessions effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Two-year degree or equivalent HVAC background preferred
• 1+ years of training expertise alongside 5+ years in HVAC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Web Ex platform
