CIMT College in Brampton, ON, is looking for a skilled Paralegal Instructor to train the next generation of legal professionals. Use your knowledge to inspire students through innovative teaching methods.
In this position, you will follow curriculum guidelines to effectively teach the Paralegal program, enriching students' understanding of legal concepts. Employ diverse instructional strategies, including case studies and group projects, to cater to varying learning styles.
Your role will also include evaluating student performance and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures and presentations to enhance learning
• Administer and grade assignments and exams
• Provide constructive feedback on student performance
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
• Support admissions with inquiries about the paralegal program
Requirements:
• Good standing as a lawyer or paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least 3 years of industry experience required
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience necessary
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution preferred
• Must be available for in-person instruction
