Drive excellence in dealership training as an After Sales Training Coordinator with Stellantis. Support bilingual training programs for automotive service and parts teams.
This position focuses on the creation and management of Stellantis Performance Institute training initiatives aimed at dealerships and corporate personnel. As a Coordinator, you will work on developing annual training curricula, analyzing dealer feedback, and collaborating with experts for content creation. You will also manage course enrollments and oversee the budget for training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Stellantis training curricula
• Analyze dealer feedback for training improvements
• Manage course registrations and certification processes
• Coordinate bilingual training materials and delivery
• Ensure training programs align with product launches
Requirements:
• Education in Business, Training, or related fields
• Strong bilingual abilities in both English and French
• Experience managing training programs, ideally in automotive
• Excellent organizational and self-motivational skills
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and LMS tools
Contribute to dealership performance through strategic training initiatives and effective bilingual communication as part of Stellantis.
