Join as a Field Consultant to enhance HVAC education through professional training. This role includes developing training programs and addressing customer technical inquiries effectively.
You will identify customer needs while creating training courses for the installation and upkeep of HVAC systems. Applicants should have a blend of technical HVAC experience and training capabilities, aiming to prepare materials that facilitate comprehensive learning.
Your role includes ongoing evaluations for training effectiveness and content relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify technical inquiries from customers
• Develop and enhance training courses and materials
• Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and training resources
• Conduct diverse training sessions tailored for various audiences
• Continuously update training content to meet industry standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Two-year HVAC degree preferred
• At least 1 year of training experience required
• Advanced understanding of HVAC products and diagnostics
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
