Harris as a Senior Trainer based in Waterdown, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, effective training for advanced defense technology systems.
As part of the WESCAM division, you will design and deliver training programs crucial for operational success. Your responsibilities entail creating hands-on training experiences while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of system functionalities. Collaborating with engineering and service teams, you will craft assessments and leverage feedback to fine-tune training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging EO/IR maintenance training sessions
• Develop and maintain training materials and evaluations
• Collaborate with engineering for accurate training content
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during training activities
• Analyze training feedback and make continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Engineering degree with 4 years of relevant training experience
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in delivering technical training using adult learning principles
• Solid grounding in electronics and integrated systems
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% for trainings and support activities
